ALL SHIPMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SHIPPED TO THE VERIFIABLE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CARD HOLDER.

ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE SIGNATURE.

In the event you are not at your billing/delivery address to sign for the package, a delivery notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to retrieve your package. It is your responsibility to follow the directions, and to obtain your package. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance in retrieving your package. In the event that you are not at your address to sign for the package, we will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges or your attendance of the event.

If you choose to pick the tickets up at our location, the cardholder must be the person to come in to sign for the tickets, and must present the credit card used and a valid driver’s license.

Should Ticket Attractions fail to deliver to a buyer the full quantity or quality of tickets contracted for, Ticket Attractions’ sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return to buyer any previous payments, consisting the difference in acquiring costs of less expensive tickets, or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by Buyer to Ticket Attractions under this agreement.

Note that online orders placed after 5pm CST on weekdays, or at anytime on the weekends, may not be processed until the next working day.

Ticket Attractions shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages or for loss or expense directly or indirectly arising from Ticket Attractions’ obligations under this agreement, and Buyer agrees to waive any additional rights or remedies conferred upon it now or in the future under Texas law.

Ticket Attractions is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets once tickets are in Buyer’s possession. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain tickets. Tickets are like cash; they cannot be replaced, and should be kept in a safe place.

Due to the nature of this business, no refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled, not postponed. If an event is postponed, the original tickets issued for the original performance date will be honored; new tickets will not be issued with the new postponed date.

We are not held responsible for missed events due to any changes in time or dates. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to verify that the date and time on the purchaser’s ticket is still valid.

If an event is cancelled, refunds will be guaranteed for the face value only, less shipping and processing fees. To receive credit, the tickets must be received back in our office within 14 days of the announcement of the cancellation. In all other instances, mentioned above we will attempt in every case to obtain a refund from the original seller or source of the tickets; however, no refund or percentage of refund can be guaranteed.

Services provided: Ticket Attractions is a ticket brokerage specializing in hard to find and premium tickets for all kinds of events. Through our vast resources, we are able to provide a wide variety of ticket options. Due to the costs involved, all seats are sold at above face value.

All prices quoted are in US dollars. All deposits are non-refundable. All sales take place in The State of Texas.
